This notice explains what My New Agent collects when you use this website, why, and the choices you have. We keep this short and plain on purpose.
What we collect
When you use our intake form we collect your name, work email, company, what you'd like to build, and the short qualification answers you give (such as a rough budget and timeline band). We also process limited technical signals (such as a hashed, non-identifying value derived from your IP address and browser) purely to prevent spam and abuse of the form.
How your intake is processed
Your enquiry is stored securely in our database, and a short AI classification step reads what you wrote to suggest how best to help. We send only what you typed in the form; we do not send your enquiry to any AI provider to train their models. Our own automation service (n8n, which we host ourselves) then notifies our team about your enquiry — as a Telegram message and an email to the founder, and, when your enquiry looks like a project fit, as an email to our sales partner so the right person follows up. If the automated classification is ever unavailable or unsure, your enquiry is simply routed to a person to review by hand, never dropped.
Follow-up emails
If your enquiry looks like a fit and you haven't booked a call, we may send you a single follow-up email with a fresh booking link. It states who we are, includes our business address, and gives you a working way to opt out — and we honour the opt-out immediately. We never send more than that one nudge, and we never add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.
Why we use it
We use these details only to respond to your enquiry, prepare for a call, and follow up. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
My New Agent keeps enquiry details only as long as needed to follow up on your request. You can ask us to delete your details at any time by emailing hello@mynewagent.ai, and we will do so promptly.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run this site:
- Supabase stores your enquiry securely.
- n8n (our automation service, self-hosted by us) reads new enquiries from our database to notify our team and route each enquiry to the right person.
- Anthropic (Claude) runs the short AI classification step on what you typed, to suggest how best to help. It is not used to train any model on your data.
- Telegramdelivers the internal notification message (your enquiry details) to the founder's own device.
- Resend or Google Workspace delivers our internal notification emails and the single follow-up email described above.
- Calendly powers call booking. When you open the calendar, your details are processed by Calendly under their terms.
- Cloudflare Turnstile helps confirm submissions are from a person, not a bot.
- Plausible gives us privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics. It does not track you across sites or collect personal data.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@mynewagent.ai and we'll take care of it.
